We ship across the United States. Prices in USD.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Options

Standard (5–8 business days): FREE on orders over $50, otherwise $5.95.
Expedited (2–4 business days): $12.95.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll investigate.

Address Changes

Need to change your shipping address? Email us within 12 hours of placing the order at support@mavrenoutlet.com. After that window, we may not be able to update it.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
