Return & Refund Policy

At Mavren Outlet, every markdown is real and so is our return policy. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.

Email us at support@mavrenoutlet.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with instructions and a return address.

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please report damaged, defective or incorrect items within 7 days of delivery with photos so we can resolve it quickly.

Final sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.
